We adopt a lean, agile and commercially focused discovery, design and development method to help us deliver stunning React web and React Native mobile applications.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced senior project manager, responsible for the smooth delivery of a variety of projects end to end, from scoping through to final release, with ownership of the financial reporting, resourcing, and client facing comms.

There is a key focus on building strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You will have meticulous attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and thrive on multitasking, switching between projects and stakeholders. 

This exciting role will require strong leadership, excellent customer-facing prowess, a keen commercial focus and strong knowledge of agile methods. These skills are essential to delivering exceptional value to our clients and continued, rapid growth for our company.

You will enjoy a 10% profit share governed by the satisfaction of our clients and your line manager. Profit is also shared from any leads you may bring to ASquared. 

The essentials

  • 5+ years project management experience, within an agency
  • 2+ years experience in a senior project management role
  • Ownership of internal meetings such as daily stand ups, iteration planning, retrospectives and internal update meetings
  • Clear and concise communicator to all levels of stakeholders 
  • Strong commercial awareness with accurate planning, scoping, budgeting and SOWs
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork
  • Confident decision-maker
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Track record of successful delivery
  • Ability to manage several projects at a time, including effective delegation
  • Technically minded in nature - we don’t expect you to know how to code but, you must be comfortable understanding the world in which we operate
  • Agile minded - we work with Agile as our baseline but flex this methodology to meet our client’s requirements
  • Strong experience with the use of JIRA and comfortable with writing development tickets / user stories
  • From discovery to release, you will execute the end-to-end delivery of a project, using the tools and processes in place to effectively execute all requirements, at every stage of the process

Good to have

  • Experience of managing mobile app based projects
  • Good working knowledge of tools including Slack, Google, Notion
  • ScrumMaster or Agile qualification

Our office and remote working

We offer our team the flexibility to work some days at home with at least two days in our central Brighton office (within Platf9rm) which provides a flexible workspace, to attend key meetings, workshops and enables people to enjoy the benefits of collaborating and socialising together.

The package

£42k to £52k basic salary plus 10% uncapped profit share based on lead referrals and project delivery.
