Anthony Kelli

Say hello to Anthony, our UX Designer! A true psychology-head at heart, Anthony has always been fascinated by what makes people tick and how that knowledge can shape brilliant products. It was a professor in LA who first showed him how cognitive psychology and human factors could transform the way we design, and from that moment he was hooked. What started as an assignment turned into a college award-winning music app for indie artists, which turned into a passion for learning UI and UX, which turned into a career. Anthony has 6+ years of doing what he loves, from LA to Stockholm to Brighton, racking up three BIMA awards along the way including for his UX work with the FA whilst at Cognizant.

For Anthony, the best bit of the job is still that same curiosity that got him started: figuring out why people behave the way they do, and how design can quietly shape their behaviour. Agency life suits him down to the ground too, the constant variety means he's always pulling ideas from different domains and stitching them together in new ways. And it's never just about the work itself, it's about contributing something meaningful to his team, the company and the wider community.

When he's not at work, you'll find Anthony building his own AI-powered design system agent (he reckons AI still hasn't cracked the serendipity that makes design so exciting), teaching himself Python, and hunting down the best cappuccinos Brighton has to offer. You'll also find him feeding birds and squirrels at the park, cooking up Italian, West African or Caribbean feasts, and logging hours on Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Oh, and why did he move to the UK? At least partly down to Mr Bean. But you'll have to ask him about that.
