Sophie is our Marketing Intern who recently joined us this summer after completing her Business Management degree at Manchester Met University. She loved Manchester for it's music and entertainment scene, and equally loves the buzz of Brighton with it's beaches and vintage shops. During her degree Sophie studied topics on sustainability and ethics, organisational and cultural boundaries, digital footprint, and marketing analytics. She completed her final project setting up a wetsuit recycling and reuse business with course mates. A particular passion was social media and sustainability in businesses. She's incredibly into tech, photography, and working on her photo editing skills.
Sophie is passionate about cooking and baking, experimenting on her family and friends with her fusion recipes and running a (very secret) food blog. Tapas and Ottolengi-inspired dishes are among her specialities.
Sophie also has the travel bug. Highlights of her journeys so far include the biggest and fastest swing in the world, the Nevis Swing in New Zealand, and teaching English to student nurses. She's travelled to Australia and Sri Lanka and is planning another volunteering trip to Fiji. When she's not globe trotting you'll find her at home practising yoga and pilates or skating on the ice rink.
