Dave Cropley

Dave is one of our Senior Project Managers and an experienced project delivery person, with a particular niche passion for hilarious photoshop escapades. Dave’s natural habitat is at the intersection of creativity and problem solving, where he collaborates with talented teams, generating creative technical solutions to challenging business problems. His passion for inspiring people, coupled with a deep commitment to technology for good, has established Dave as a people-focused, progressive, and hilarious cornerstone on some of our biggest projects.

Over the past 15 years, Dave has delivered digital projects for startups, SMEs, NGOs and large corporates; building web apps, mobile apps, campaign-based online platforms, content management systems and custom CRMs. He thrives on sharing his expertise and experience in helping founders and stakeholders shape their vision into actionable business goals. He also takes on the hugely valuable role of coach, manager and mentor, in parallel to overseeing multiple agile development teams.

Dave is a retired 2D animator with 10 years as an industry professional. He co-founded and ran his own creative web startup before moving into software project management. He is an accomplished artist and semi-retired DJ with an impressive lockdown throwback nightclub in his loft. He has a penchant for very rude jokes and is still seriously handy with a pencil.
